Gatherings

The Lansdale House is able to accommodate very small events such as Civic Club or Small Group Meetings, Bridal and Baby Showers and Elopements. We are  considered a venue in this case and can provide recommndations for catering, event planning services or additional event accommodation needs such as tents, seating, tables, linens, etc. Please contact our Innkeepers for more information and resources.  

 
 

Civic Clubs & Small Meetings 

The Lansdale House is the perfect spot for your next Civic Club, or Small Business offsite meeting. Give us a call to discuss the requirements for your next meeting to see if we can accommodate your needs. For Bridge Clubs we can host 3 square card tables (12 people). For meetings, we can accommodate up to 12 for a lined up chairs type of meeting with room for presenter and presentation space. Our dining room and hallway serving area can be used for beverages and hors d'oeuvres, however we do not provide the hors d'oeuvres or catering but can happily provide local catering recommendations. Set up is included, please inquire for specific arrangements. This Lansdale House has hosted many local bridge clubs, women's clubs and garden clubs and we look forward to welcoming you back.

Bridal & Baby Showers 

The perfect place for your next baby or bridal shower. We can comfortably accommodate 3 square tables (12 people) as well as additional seating for eight in our dining room. Our dining room and hallway serving area can be used for beverages and hors d'oeuvres, however we do not provide the hors d'oeuvres or catering but can happily provide local catering recommendations. Set up is included, please inquire for specific arrangements. The Lansdale House has hosted many brides and moms-to-be and we look forward to providing our warm, welcoming, beautiful setting for your next celebration. 

Elopements

The Lansdale House is able to hold very small events, or elopements. Please contact our Innkeepers for details, fees, and booking requirements. Group events for an elopement will require the entire Inn and/or part of the Inn to be booked, as well as a Use of Space Fee will be applied. A minimum fee for Use of Space for an elopement begins at $1,200 and is for the use of our Inn and grounds only. No additional services are provided and fees may apply for any excessive clean up, damage or additional requested services. Maximum occupancy for any event held at the Inn, whether outside or inside, is 32. This number includes any and all guests, outside attending guests, officiant for the ceremony, etc. A list of attendees and guests will be required and a contract will be put in place in detail prior to booking. All payments and deposits are non-refundable once the Inn and/or rooms are booked. **Due to parking availabilty, we are not able to host/hold full weddings – small elopements only.
