  • Occupancy: All of our rooms (and rates) are based on Single or Double Occupancy only and are subject to all applicable West Virginia and local taxes. Due to health code regulations we cannot and do not accommodate more than two persons to a room.
  • Check-in: 4:00 - 6:00p.m.  We do our best to accommodate early check-ins when requested in advance. Late check-in is easy with our keyless electronic access. However, you must contact our Innkeepers to make arrangements at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
  • Group Reservations: Please speak with our Innkeepers to inquire about group reservation availability and discounts. 
  • Minimum Stay: Some weekends require a minimum stay as indicated on reservations system.
  • Housekeeping: For multi-day visits, upon request we will tidy your rooms between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
  • Smoking: No smoking is permitted on the premises, either in the building or outside. Our non-smoking policy includes all types of tobacco, as well as e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.
  • Alchohol: Though we do not provide the alcohol, drinking in moderation is permitted for those over 21 years of age.
  • Children: Suitable for children 10 years & older, unless all five rooms will be booked under one family. No childcare is provided.
  • Pets: no guest pets (and/or service animals) are permitted.  We love them, but our bed and breakfast is not designed to meet their needs. Please Note: we DO have a cat – she is not permitted at any time in guest rooms (please do not invite her in) we make every attempt to ensure our rooms are free of pet dander and other allergens. 
  • Payment: Acceptable forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard, Discover. We do not accept personal checks. 
  • Deposit Required: The deposit is charged at the time that your reservation is made.  For a two or more nights’ stay, the deposit is charged for the first two nights.  For a one night stay, the deposit is charged for the cost of your stay.
  • Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, we will make every attempt to re-book the room. If we are able to re-book the room, a full refund will be credited. If we are not able to re-book the room, we will record a credit (equal to the value of your deposit) towards your next stay at The Lansdale House Bed and Breakfast. The credit must be used towards a stay within 12 months of the date recorded.
  • Damages: The registered guest will be charged for any damages, theft, and/or smoking in rooms.
  • Oils/Lotions: Use of any oils that contain Grapeseed oil are not allowed.  We have found that this type of oil causes PERMANENT damage to linens. Sunless tanning lotions (Self Tanning Lotions) are not permitted as they too cause permanent stains. 

  • Parking: We offer convenient parking on our grounds. Upon arrival, please park to the right of the driveway to allow for our innkeepers to access the garage and space for all guests to use the turn around for easy departure. 

  • Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance; due to our cancellation policy that will be strictly enforced.  We are not affiliated with, nor recommend, any particular company. We are providing some travel insurance options for consideration in respect to our strict cancellation policy:
